Als u om welke reden dan ook niet tevreden bent met uw aankoop en u wilt een artikel retourneren, bekijk dan ons terugbetalings- en retourbeleid hieronder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Herroepingsrecht<\/strong> In overeenstemming met het Europese consumentenrecht en zoals vermeld in onze algemene voorwaarden, hebben klanten binnen de Europese Unie het recht om de overeenkomst binnen een afkoelingsperiode van 14 dagen zonder opgave van redenen te herroepen. De afkoelingsperiode gaat in op de dag nadat de consument of een door de consument aangewezen derde partij het product heeft ontvangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>Terugkeerprocedure<\/strong> Om het herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen, moet de consument House of Otoko binnen de bedenktijd op de hoogte brengen door contact op te nemen met <a href=\"mailto:info@houseofotoko.com\">info@houseofotoko.com.<\/a> Na kennisgeving ontvangt de consument retourinstructies en een retourautorisatiereferentie.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voorwaarden voor retourzendingen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het product moet binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst worden geretourneerd, in overeenstemming met onze interne retourbehandelingsprocedure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retourverzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de consument, zoals vermeld in artikel 8 van onze Algemene voorwaarden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Artikelen worden alleen geaccepteerd als ze worden geretourneerd in originele staat, ongebruikt, ongedragen en in de originele verpakking, inclusief alle meegeleverde accessoires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een kopie van de pakbon moet bij de retourzending worden gevoegd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle retourzendingen gebeuren op eigen risico van de consument.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het verwerken van een retourzending kan tot 10 werkdagen na ontvangst duren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Let op:<\/strong> Producten die op maat zijn gemaakt of zijn geproduceerd volgens specificaties van de consument zijn uitgesloten van het herroepingsrecht en kunnen niet worden geretourneerd. Als je niet zeker weet of je product hiervoor in aanmerking komt, neem dan contact met ons op voordat je een bestelling plaatst of retourneert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p><strong>Terugbetalingen<\/strong> Na ontvangst en controle van het geretourneerde product, zal House of Otoko alle betalingen van de consument terugbetalen, inclusief de standaard verzendkosten, zonder onnodige vertraging en niet later dan 14 dagen na ontvangst van het geretourneerde product of bewijs van retournering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terugbetalingen worden gedaan met dezelfde betaalmethode die gebruikt is voor de oorspronkelijke transactie. Extra kosten die voortvloeien uit een andere leveringsmethode dan de goedkoopste standaard levering aangeboden door House of Otoko worden niet terugbetaald.
