Die Beschreibung ist ausreichend detailliert, um dem Verbraucher eine angemessene Bewertung des Angebots zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offensichtliche Irrt\u00fcmer oder Fehler im Angebot sind f\u00fcr den Unternehmer nicht bindend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle Angebote sind g\u00fcltig, solange der Vorrat reicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artikel 5 - Der Vertrag<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Vertrag kommt in dem Moment zustande, in dem der Verbraucher das Angebot annimmt und die darin festgelegten Bedingungen erf\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hat der Verbraucher das Angebot auf elektronischem Wege angenommen, so hat der Unternehmer den Eingang der Annahme unverz\u00fcglich auf elektronischem Wege zu best\u00e4tigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Unternehmer trifft geeignete technische und organisatorische Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Sicherung der elektronischen Daten\u00fcbermittlung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artikel 6 - R\u00fccktrittsrecht<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Verbraucher hat das Recht, den Vertrag innerhalb einer Bedenkzeit von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gr\u00fcnden zu widerrufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Widerrufsfrist beginnt an dem Tag, nachdem der Verbraucher oder ein vom Verbraucher benannter Dritter das Produkt erhalten hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um das Widerrufsrecht auszu\u00fcben, muss der Verbraucher den Unternehmer mittels des Muster-Widerrufsformulars oder einer anderen eindeutigen schriftlichen Erkl\u00e4rung informieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artikel 7 - Pflichten des Verbrauchers w\u00e4hrend der Bedenkzeit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Abk\u00fchlungsphase hat der Verbraucher das Produkt und seine Verpackung sorgf\u00e4ltig zu behandeln. Das Produkt darf nur so weit ausgepackt oder verwendet werden, wie es zur Feststellung der Art, der Eigenschaften und der Funktionsweise des Produkts erforderlich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Macht der Verbraucher von seinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch, so ist das Produkt mit dem gesamten mitgelieferten Zubeh\u00f6r und, soweit m\u00f6glich, in seinem urspr\u00fcnglichen Zustand und in der Originalverpackung zur\u00fcckzusenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artikel 8 - Aus\u00fcbung des R\u00fccktrittsrechts durch den Verbraucher und damit verbundene Kosten<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Macht der Verbraucher von seinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch, so gehen die Kosten der R\u00fccksendung zu Lasten des Verbrauchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Unternehmer hat alle vom Verbraucher geleisteten Zahlungen, einschlie\u00dflich der Lieferkosten, unverz\u00fcglich, auf jeden Fall aber innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach dem Tag, an dem der Verbraucher den Widerruf zur\u00fcckgesandt hat, zu erstatten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artikel 9 - Lieferung und Leistung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Unternehmer hat bei der Entgegennahme und Ausf\u00fchrung von Produktbestellungen die gr\u00f6\u00dftm\u00f6gliche Sorgfalt walten zu lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Ort der Lieferung ist die Adresse, die der Verbraucher dem Unternehmer mitgeteilt hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angenommene Auftr\u00e4ge werden z\u00fcgig, sp\u00e4testens jedoch innerhalb von 30 Tagen ausgef\u00fchrt, es sei denn, es wurde eine l\u00e4ngere Lieferfrist vereinbart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artikel 10 - Zahlung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sofern nicht anders vereinbart, sind die vom Verbraucher geschuldeten Betr\u00e4ge sofort bei Vertragsabschluss zu zahlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Verbraucher ist verpflichtet, den Unternehmer unverz\u00fcglich \u00fcber Ungenauigkeiten in den angegebenen oder \u00fcbermittelten Zahlungsdaten zu informieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der Verbraucher keine Zahlung leistet, ist House of Otoko berechtigt, die Ausf\u00fchrung des betreffenden Vertrags und der damit verbundenen Vereinbarungen auszusetzen oder sie aufzul\u00f6sen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artikel 11 - Beschwerdeverfahren<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beanstandungen der Vertragserf\u00fcllung m\u00fcssen dem Unternehmer innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist schriftlich, vollst\u00e4ndig und deutlich beschrieben mitgeteilt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beschwerden, die an den Unternehmer gerichtet werden, werden innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach ihrem Eingang beantwortet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artikel 12 -
