Refund and Return Policy
At House of Otoko, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please review our refund and return policy below.
Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European consumer law and as stated in our Terms and Conditions, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within a cooling off period of 14 days without stating any reason. The cooling off period starts on the day after the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the product.
Return Procedure To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify House of Otoko within the cooling off period by contacting info@houseofotoko.com. After notification, the consumer will receive return instructions and a return authorization reference.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be returned within 30 days after receipt, in line with our internal return handling process.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, as stated in Article 8 of our Terms and Conditions.
- Items will only be accepted if returned in original condition, unused, unworn, and in the original packaging, including all supplied accessories.
- A copy of the packing slip must be included with the return shipment.
- All returns are made at the consumer’s own risk.
- Processing a return may take up to 10 business days after receipt.
Please note: Products that are custom made or produced according to the consumer’s specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact us prior to placing or returning an order.
Refunds After receiving and inspecting the returned product, House of Otoko will refund all payments made by the consumer, including standard outbound delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of return.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the original transaction. Additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by House of Otoko will not be refunded. If the returned product shows signs of use or is not returned in original condition, a depreciation may be applied, resulting in a partial refund.
